Cuitisan stainless steel Microwave lunch box is crafted from 304 stainless steel. Which consists 18% chrome and 8% nickel, making it incredibly durable and resistant. 304 stainless steel is so tough and has resistance to many chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.

Due to longer heating time, the food can get drier than usual
We will not exchange or refund due to above reasons.
When you wash, use SOFT scrubber. Do NOT use hard scrubber. It will cause scratches.

We will arrange delivery the next day after order is confirmed. The timeframe of delivery depends on the 3PL. For our Singapore customers, you can expect to receive your items between 3-5 working days. If it's during mega sales period (e.g; GSS, 11.11 etc) It will take slightly longer.
For our Malaysian customers, do expect a slightly longer shipping period between 5-7 working days.
