We even provide our very own Modern Care warranty for all products purchased through us.

Modern Care is our guarantee to you that we only sell products of the highest quality.

All products purchased under Modern Home will be covered by our Modern Care services which includes an additional 6 month warranty on top of any brand warranty.


All orders will be processed and delivered to the customers within the next 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed.


We currently accept any credit or debit card payment from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Apple and Google pay! If you're looking for instalment options, Atome is also available.

Modern Home uses Shopify Payments as our main payment gateway. Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your customers' information during checkout. They also use Fraud Defender, which helps prevent fraudulent transactions in your store.


All items at Modern Home are shipped from our local warehouses in Singapore, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery for our valued customers.

For now, we are able to ship to the whole of Singapore and Malaysia! For international orders, do drop us a message.

The delivery fee is SGD$10, however, we're currently running a free delivery promotion for no minimum spend!

Requesting for a refund or exchange is simple! Simply send us an email with your (1) order number, (2) image of product, and (3) reason for returning to, and leave the rest to us.

Our friendly customer support team will contact you directly. Once we receive your return, the refund will take 7-14 days to process and credited directly back to your original payment method.


At Modern Home we want the best for our customer, we cover any manufacturing defects for all products that is sold in Modern Home.

Modern Home offers a 6 months warranty for all products! For products that already have warranties, the 6 months act as an extended warranty on top of the brand warranty.
