Modern Home is an online departmental store carrying a large number of quality brands.
At Modern Home, we strive to only bring in quality brands that are sure to improve your daily quality of life.
At Modern Home, we conduct quality checks on all the brands! You can be rest assured that the products sold have to meet our strict standards and are of great quality.
We even provide our very own Modern Care warranty for all products purchased through us.
Modern Home is located at 152 Paya Lebar Rd, #01-01 Citipoint @ Paya Lebar, Singapore 409020.
We're a short 5 minutes walk away from Macpherson mrt!
Modern Care is our guarantee to you that we only sell products of the highest quality.
All products purchased under Modern Home will be covered by our Modern Care services which includes an additional 6 month warranty on top of any brand warranty.
General
All orders will be processed and delivered to the Singapore customers within the next 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed.
For our Malaysian customers, do check your tracking order slip as delivery duration depends on which region of Malaysia your delivery address is at.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you failed to receive your order, please let us know by email (info@modernhome.sg) or by phone (+65-6289-6515).
A customer service representative will locate your order and inform you of next steps.
If you wish to make changes to an order you've already placed, please let us know by email (info@modernhome.sg) or by phone (+65-6289-6515) as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, once an order has left our warehouse, there cannot be any changes made to the order. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.
Payment
We currently accept any credit or debit card payment from Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and American Express. We also accept Apple and Google pay! If you're looking for instalment options, Atome and Shopback is also available.
Modern Home uses Shopify Payments as our main payment gateway. Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available.
Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your customers' information during checkout. They also use Fraud Defender, which helps prevent fraudulent transactions in your store.
If you pay via credit card or PayPal, your order confirmation should indicate that payment has been completed.
Shipping
All items at Modern Home are shipped from our local warehouses in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery for our valued customers.

We currently ship to the whole of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia!
For international orders, do drop us a message.
Singapore:
The delivery fee is SGD$5, however, we're currently running a free delivery promotion for a minimum spend of SGD$50!
Malaysia:
For our dear malaysian friends, the delivery fee is SGD$30, with free delivery provided for orders above MYR$170.
Philippines & Indonesia:
For our dear filipino and indonesian friends, we do deliver to you but you'll have to bear any custom charges.
Rest of the World:
For our dear international friends, let us know where you're from through our customer service chat and we'll advise you further in more details..
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which—for tracked services—contains the tracking number and a link to the tracking website for the shipping service.
We will arrange delivery the next day after order is confirmed. The timeframe of delivery depends on the 3PL.
For our Singapore customers, you can expect to receive your items between 2-3 working days.
For our Malaysian customers, you can expect a slightly longer shipping period between 4-7 working days.
If it's during mega sales period (e.g; GSS, 11.11 etc) It will take slightly longer.
Returns
Oh dear! We are so sorry that the item didn’t reach you in a good condition. But no worries, just send us an email to info@modernhome.sg and our customer team will arrange a replacement accordingly.

Requesting for a refund or exchange is simple! Simply send us an email with your (1) order number, (2) image of product, and (3) reason for returning to info@modernhome.sg, and leave the rest to us.
Our friendly customer support team will contact you directly. Once we receive your return, the refund will take 7-14 days to process and credited directly back to your original payment method.
Warranty
At Modern Home we want the best for our customer, we cover any manufacturing defects for all products that is sold in Modern Home.
Modern Home offers a 6 months warranty for all products purchased through us!
For products that already have brand warranties, the 6 months will act as an extended warranty on top of the brand warranty.
Unfortunately, if you did not purchase from our Modern Home shops, you're not qualified for our additional 6 months warranty.
Pro tip: If you're looking for products, check if Modern Home has it too! Don't miss out on the free warranty next time!

We have a great aftersales team! In the event where you face any difficulties using any of the products, just drop us a call or an email and we'll be more than happy to guide you along!
We only carry products from brands that have been cleared by our own in house quality assurance team.
The products we carry are sure to be of quality. To back this, we provide an additional 6 months warranty to all products for any product manufacturing defects.
