It's all down to its premium-quality materials: heavy-duty, sandblasted, electroplated carbon steel with a top-class non-stick coating. The oven tray measures 34 x 20 cm (13½" x 8"), with a depth of 4 cm (1½"). So it's the ideal size for tray bakes, generous portions of golden flapjacks, or general grilling and roasting.
