This is a colander bowl set with a tray that can be used as a lid. The colander and bowl are different depths, so you can stack them together to expand the space on your kitchen counter. You can also separate two ingredients into the colander and bowl and microwave them at the same time. A shallow colander can be used efficiently to drain boiled noodles, vegetables, tofu, and oil from fried tofu. The structure is designed with maximal placement of slits, allowing water to flow downwards easily and draining properly. The tray, colander, and bowl are all microwave-safe. You can use the tray instead of plastic wrap to heat food. The edges of the tray and colander are wavy. When stacked on top of the bowl, a gap is created, which acts as a steam vent.
*When cooking in the microwave, turn the tray upside down.
