Shipping Policy (Updated 1 Jan 2026)

After receiving much support locally in Singapore, we're grateful to be able to extend our delivery to cover Malaysia and Philippines. We are pleased to provide free shipping for orders with minimum spend!

1. Packing and fulfillment

Successfully placed orders are packed and fulfilled within 2 business days for collection & shipment. Please refer below for shipping times.

Orders placed on Fridays, eve of public holidays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped out on the following business day.

2. Shipping times and charges

2.1 For deliveries in Singapore:

Orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days (with potential delays during peak-period campaign days). Once it’s shipped out, our logistics partner will deliver to your doorstep within 1-3 days. Enjoy free Standard shipping when you spend a minimum of SGD$50.

2.2 For deliveries in Malaysia:

We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) at a flat rate of SGD $30. Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all Malaysia orders over SGD $55 (approximately MYR 170).

Please note: The final transaction will be processed in SGD; the MYR amount is provided as a reference based on current exchange rates.

2.3 For deliveries in Philippines:

We offer Standard Shipping (10 - 15 business days to ship) at SGD$60.

2.4 For all international deliveries:

If you're looking to purchase our products but are from neither Singapore, Malaysia or the Philippines, do drop us a message in our customer service chat and we'll get back to you!

We offer Standard Shipping at the checkout page, relevant international shipping rate will be automatically applied upon entering your shipping address. International delivery takes up to 10-15 business days to ship.

Delivery time will be subject to public holidays and festive periods that occur in destination country or Singapore.

3. Import Duties, Fees & Taxes:

3.1 ModernHome.sg operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for all orders outside of Singapore.

3.2 Customer Responsibility: We do not collect, calculate, or mediate import duties, taxes (VAT/SST), or customs brokerage fees. All such charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and must be borne entirely by the recipient.

3.3 Non-Payment of Duties: Should a recipient refuse a delivery due to import charges, the package may be abandoned or returned. In such cases, ModernHome.sg will not be liable for any return shipping costs, customs fees, or loss of goods. Any return costs incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund. 

3.4 Duties: We recommend contacting your local customs bureau for an estimate of these fees before placing your order.
