Care & use:
Knives and scissors: Hand wash only and dry immediately (Scissors dismantle for easy cleaning)
Block: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry by hand (do not soak).
We will arrange delivery the next day after order is confirmed. The timeframe of delivery depends on the 3PL. For our Singapore customers, you can expect to receive your items between 3-5 working days. If it's during mega sales period (e.g; GSS, 11.11 etc) It will take slightly longer.
For our Malaysian customers, do expect a slightly longer shipping period between 5-7 working days.
