The MIYABI Birchwood series features an SG2 steel core surrounded by 100 Damascus layers, ice-hardened for long-lasting sharpness. It includes a luxurious Karelian Birch handle and a razor-sharp Honbazuke-finished blade. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan.
